Coral House sits right on the waterfront of the Sumner Point Marina. Just steps from the back of the house, you'll find our private dock where you'll find the Relentless tied up waiting to fish. A private, luxury vacation rental, Coral House is located on the south end of Rum Cay along a closed waterway. We're only minutes away from deep blue water teeming with life... and sport fish!

The property is spacious and features a swimming pool, landscaped grounds with fruit trees (papaya, banana, citrus) and herb and vegetable gardens. Fresh produce from our property make their way into the large island kitchen of the Coral House, giving guests a real taste of our little island paradise.

3,500 square feet of space make up the Coral House. Designed with a central great room concept in mind, the bedrooms are on set off on wings giving you plenty of privacy. While living, dining and cooking spaces are seperate and distinct, high, angled ceilings and unique architecture keep the space open. The three bedroom layout features a Master Suite with private bath, dining and entertaining area. Bedroom two has a queen bed and shares a common restroom. Bedroom three has two full beds and a full bath. Each room has a television set with DirecTV satellite service.

The Coral House is available as a stand alone vacation rental house, or, as part of a sport fishing and accomodation package. We also arrange charter air flights from several points in South Florida and customize a Fly, Stay and Fish Bahamas Vacation Package for you.
